!! FIBER: A STUDY OF STUDIES: 2 MILLION PEOPLE

THE RESULTS OF A STUDY THAT EXAMINED CLOSE TO 25 INDIVIDUAL STUDIES ON THE CONSUMPTION OF FIBER once again confirmed that dietary fiber is a necessary element in any anti-cancer diet or plan. Two million people were involved total across the 25 studies. The results: “FOR EVERY TEN (10) GRAM INCREASE IN TOTAL DIETARY FIBRE, THE RISK OF BOWEL CANCER DROPPED BY TEN (10) PER CENT”. (I used the UK spelling of fiber since this was a British report).

When I do not have an answer for a not-so-pressing question, it usually goes on the back burner. I suspect the rest of America is not that much different. THE FDA TELLS US TO EAT MORE FRUIT AND VEGGIES. THE FDA TELLS US TO EAT MORE FIBER. BUT GOD DAMN IT HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH? Do you know?

Can it be any clearer? So you start eating foods with substantial fiber in them at every meal, you use olive oil, more fruits, herbs. You stop eating milk based and milk containing products. Instead of a can of soda, you have a cup of green tea blended with some mint.
